Useful information before you book tickets

Planning a visit to the Eden Project? Here’s some useful things to know about your ticket before you book.

Good to know

  1. Time slots

    Aim to arrive within 30 minutes of your time slot and you can then stay for the rest of the day. Last entry is 1.5 hours before we close. 

    Eden Project Members and Patrons do not need to pre-book a time slot.

  2. Arriving

    Check our opening times here. You can access our free car parks 15 minutes before we open, and we'd recommend allowing 15 minutes to walk to our ticketing hall. 

    On busy days we run a free Park and Ride bus service to and from our car parks that are furthest from the entrance.

  3. What's on

  4. Children

    Up to four children under the age of five per accompanying adult get into Eden for free. A Child Ticket must be purchased for each additional child over this limit. You can hire pushchairs here. 

    Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

  5. Carers

    For anyone needing assistance, accompanying carers can book a free General Ticket.

  6. Accessibility

  7. Tesco Clubcard vouchers

    Using Tesco Clubcard vouchers to buy day entry tickets? You can redeem your vouchers here. 

  8. Tickets for future dates

    Tickets are currently available to pre-book for dates up until 31 March 2027. Be the first to know when future tickets are released by subscribing to our newsletter.

Why are General Tickets annual passes?

Our General Tickets are also Annual Passes that allow you unlimited entry to Eden for a whole year. Many people only visit us once in a year but offering Passes in this way allows us to treat your ticket fee as a donation at no extra cost to you and therefore increase funding for our charitable work.
