Here's some useful information to help you plan your day.
Timed entry tickets are now available to pre-book for dates until 31 March 2027. We'll release tickets for dates beyond this nearer the time. During school holidays, please pre-book online to avoid disappointment.
Get the best value tickets by booking online. Save money by pre-booking entry to Eden ahead of your visit – see our admission prices.
Please note that entry to the Eden Project is not guaranteed without an advanced booking, so all* visitors to Eden, including Pass holders and those who can visit for free, are strongly encouraged to pre-book a time slot in advance of each visit, especially the during school holidays when we are busy.
Many seasonal activities are included in your admission ticket, but some events, including all our Christmas experiences, require additional tickets – check what's on before you visit.
*Eden Project Members (and their guests) do not need to pre-book timed entry, and are guaranteed admission before last entry.
Yes, our General Tickets are also Annual Passes that allow you unlimited entry to Eden for a whole year. Many people only visit us once in a year but offering Passes in this way allows us to treat your ticket fee as a donation and therefore increase funding for our charitable work. Find out more about how this works.
Throughout the year, we occasionally launch limited-time day ticket promotions but we can’t guarantee any availability for when you’re planning to visit. Check our Book tickets webpage for information about any offers we are running at the moment.
Please see our Memberships and Locals’ Passes (valid for residents of Cornwall and Devon) as other forms of admission that offer you even better value to visit Eden.
When purchasing tickets, please consider ticking the Gift Aid box at checkout as you could increase your donation to our charity by 25% at no extra cost for you. Find out more about Gift Aid.
Before you arrive, to speed up your entry to Eden, please make sure you have proof of purchase of your tickets/Pass/Membership, plus your time slot if required. We recommend that you have it ready on your phone rather than on a printout.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, we do not offer refunds, but if you have an Annual or Locals’ Pass and wish to change the date/time of your visit, please email guestservices@edenproject.com with your booking reference. We have limited capacity, so this allows us to offer your timed entry booking to someone else.
Some ticket types and events have non-transferrable tickets, so please refer to our terms and conditions or contact guestservices@edenproject.com.
Up to four under 5s per accompanying adult get into Eden for free. A Child Ticket must be purchased for each additional child over this limit.

Children aged 0–13 must be accompanied by an adult.
With the exception of Members and Patrons, all visitors to Eden are advised to book a time slot in advance of each visit, including under 5s, to guarantee admission. Visit our admissions page.
To visit using a Locals' or Annual Pass you simply need to book yourself a (free) time slot online by following the link on the Book tickets webpage.
Then when you arrive at Eden, you will need to show your Pass/proof of purchase (such as the receipt you were given when you visited, or the booking confirmation email you were sent when you bought it online).

Once booked, if you're unable to make your visit after all, please let us know by emailing guestservices@edenproject.com with your booking reference. That way, we are able to offer your valuable place to someone else. This will help us greatly as we reach our limited visitor capacity during busy periods.
Eden Project Members, and their guests*, no longer need to pre-book timed entry to visit Eden. Please ensure you bring along your Membership card or booking reference number to be scanned upon entry. Your guests must also be with you when you arrive – they will not be allowed entry without you.
*If visiting us with additional guests, which fall outside of your normal Membership allowance, you will need to pre-book them a time slot online and we'd recommend buying tickets in advance for best value.
