Group visits

There must be a minimum of 15 paying visitors, arriving by coach or minibus and payment must be made in one transaction.

Yes; these are available in denominations of £2.50 or £5.00
Vouchers can be used at any outlet and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given if the full amount is not used.

Admission for groups is a one-time price for a one-off visit. These tickets cannot be converted into an Annual Pass.

For group visits, we allow one driver (per coach or minibus) and one group organiser, tour escort or Blue Badge Guide (per coach or minibus).

If anyone in the group is an Eden Member, Locals' Pass holder, Annual Pass holder or aged under five, they do not need to pay for entry. We also offer free entry for one carer per visitor with a disability.

Please note: to qualify for a group visit, there must be 15 or more people in the group. This number does not include anyone who qualifies for free entry.

You can book a group visit at any time of year, provided we are open as usual and there is availability. For further information about opening times and dates, please visit our opening times page.

You will be asked to park in Banana coach park which is located only a few minutes' walk to the Visitor Centre (entrance to the Eden Project). Our coach park guest facilities include toilets and a covered seating area.

Drivers note: There are no facilities for washing coaches or emptying toilets. There is an outside tap that can be used for filling buckets.  

On your way to and from Eden, please ensure that designated signposted routes suitable for coaches are followed. 

You will be welcomed by our team and checked in at our Visitor Centre, which is a short walk from Banana car park, the coach drop-off and pick-up point.

We would recommend a minimum of 4.5 hours for a group visit, to make sure there’s plenty of time to explore. We also recommend allowing 30 minutes to return to the coach car park from the Biomes at the end of the visit.
