Growing Connections is a programme of nature-connection activities for young people aged under 25 at the Eden Project. Activities enable teenagers and young adults to support their health and wellbeing by accessing green spaces and developing an understanding of and relationship with nature.

During these 90-minute sessions, you’ll look closely, discover more, and re-engage your curiosity. They’ll be new, creative activities to try every week.
