Reset and recharge with an early morning yoga session at the Eden Project. Nestled in nature within our Mediterranean Biome, our one-hour classes are designed to help you slow down and support your overall wellbeing in a calm, natural environment.
These sessions are open to anyone aged 18+ and are suitable for all abilities. They cost £10 per class, and spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
Led by experienced yoga teacher Emma Mansfield, these relaxing classes blend traditional yoga sequences and postures with gentle stretches and somatic muscle releases. You’ll be guided through calming breathing and deep relaxation practices, leaving you feeling restored and grounded.
Please bring your own yoga mat. This class takes place before we open to the public, so you must arrive by 8.30am in our ticketing hall at the Visitor Centre to gain access to the Mediterranean Biome. Please allow plenty of time to park, as these classes take place at the same time as parkrun, so our car parks will be busy.
Before attending your first session, please download and complete this health form:
Once completed, please email it to yoga teacher Emma Mansfield at lovelypublications@gmail.com in advance of your first class.
Please allow plenty of time to arrive, as our car parks will be busier than usual due to the Eden Project parkrun taking place at the same time on the early Saturday morning sessions, so parking may take longer than usual. It's a 10-15 minute walk from our car parks to the Visitor Centre, where you need to meet your yoga teacher at 8.30am. You will then walk together to the Mediterranean Biome where the class will start at 8.45am.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely and please bring a yoga mat.
The temperature can drop to around 9˚C during winter in the Mediterranean Biome, so we recommend wearing layers to help you stay comfortable during the class.
Although undercover, due to the natural environment, you may experience drips and encounter flora and fauna that live within the Biomes.
We also recommend bringing a bottle of water – we have free water refill stations around the Eden Project.
If it’s your first session, make sure you’ve filled in a health form beforehand – you can download it as a Word document here or a PDF here. Once you’ve completed this form, please email it to lovelypublications@gmail.com."
