Immersive Experience Storyteller Hot Chocolate Making

About the workshops

You will be guided by a facilitator on a journey through the Eden Project's living collection of plants and the impact they have on our everyday life. Each week we will focus on a different plant found in Eden's Biomes – igniting curiosity and discovering our connections to them – and responding with a different creative activity, from drawing and investigating, to tasting and journaling.

Expect an interactive and creative experience, where you'll get the chance to take a closer look at plants and their features, through both knowledge sharing and storytelling.

Activities are suitable or can be adapted for anyone with any skill level.  As sessions have a strong sensory element, please do let us know of any allergies or additional needs before you attend by emailing natureconnections@edenproject.com.

Wonder Workshops at Eden

Why wonder?

Nature benefits our wellbeing, and these workshops have been developed to spark wonder about our natural world. Wonder is a very particular feeling, which captures our attention and generates excitement-fuelled interest. It’s a key part of gaining knowledge and helps us keep learning, whatever our age.

Rainforest Biome

How to book

Booking is essential – please email natureconnections@edenproject.com or call 01726 818550.  We’ll ask you to complete an application form and agree to our Terms and Conditions and will then send further details.  Please let us know of any allergies or additional needs before you attend so we can provide you with the best possible experience.

Where do sessions take place?

We’ll meet you on the Med Terrace, the café area in the Mediterranean Biome. We’ll spend time in the Rainforest, Mediterranean Biomes and gardens, but walking distances and times in the Biomes are quite short.

What to wear or bring

Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for walking and the weather conditions as you do need to walk outside to reach the Biomes. Carrying a bottle of water is also recommended. Temperatures in the Biomes fluctuate, so wearing layers is recommended.  The Rainforest is hot and humid, but you can ask to step out at any time, just let your guide know. The Mediterranean Biome can be hot on a sunny day but cold if it’s grey.
